Know Your Voting Rights Card • I do not have to prove my IQ or my ability to read and write to vote. Only a court can take away this right. • I may vote even if I have a conservator, unless a court has explicitly said I cannot. • If I need help to vote, I do not have to explain why. • I can have someone I choose or a poll worker help me vote if I ask. • I may ask for an accessible voting machine if I need one. Every polling place is required by law to have one.
