Westlake Honored for Service
Carol Westlake, the Coalition’s Executive Director, will be a recipient of the Tennessee Alliance for Progress (TAP) Long Haul Award. The Long Haul Awards Celebration will take place on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 7 pm at St. Ann's Episcopal Church in Nashville.
Tickets are $40 for one, $75 for two people. Reservations can be easily made ONLINE or you can mail a check to TAP, PO Box 60338, Nashville, TN 37206 (earmark it to Long Haul). The Celebration will feature food and award-winning California wine provided by LeVin Cellars, a silent auction, music by folk/bluegrass diva Kathy Chiavola and a keynote speech by renown author/activist/speaker Tim Wise.
