More about the Presenter & The Workshop

Joubert utilized her background in nutrition to sort through the overwhelming maze of information on how diet and various foods claim to affect or even ‘cure’ autism. To get the biggest bang for her buck, Joubert used a practical and scientific approach to discriminate between articles, using evidence-based findings as her criteria to practical application.

Joubert’s workshop encapsulates the empirical findings in nutritional research related to autism spectrum disorders. The evidence-based results are boiled down for you so you leave with the tools you need to begin applying this knowledge in your own home. Joubert also identifies some unsupported or disproved myths and quackery that parents should avoid.
