The Tennssee Health Care Campaign will be hosting "Pathway to Promise" on June 19th and 20th. This will be a time to get information, participate in discussions, and learn about specific action steps you can take to help make health care reform a reality. More than 20 regional and national speakers will bring their expertise to bear on discussions.
Here's what you need to do:
- Mail, Email, or Fax your registration to us. A registration form can be found at http://www.thcc2.org/Anniversary/home.html
- Make sure you check the box indicating if you are coming for both days, or Friday only, or Saturday only.
- Mail us a check for registration fee; pay on our website with your credit card; or pay at the door. You can pay after June 5th, but we must have your commitment/registration form by Friday.
